As the Founder and CEO of CBG Leadership, Cassidy Burke Groharing partners with individuals and organizations to hone their leadership capabilities—helping them lead with intentionality, authenticity and accountability.

With almost a decade of experience leading enterprise-wide transformations at Fortune 500 companies, Cassidy has operated at the highest levels of strategy and execution. Her career is defined by her time at companies like Charles Schwab, American Express, and Nasdaq, where she led global change initiatives, managed complex project portfolios, and scaled high-growth talent programs. Having served as a Talent Acquisition Leader, Chief of Staff and Strategy & Operations Leader, her work is defined by a singular focus: optimizing the synergy between people, strategy, and operational excellence to make leaders and teams more effective.

Cassidy considers herself a lifelong learner and offers a sophisticated blend of academic excellence and real-world execution. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and History (Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Cassidy also holds certifications in Change Management (Prosci Certified Change Practitioner) and Project Management (PMP). She is currently pursuing her Leadership & Performance Coaching Certification through ACT Leadership and Brown University.

Based in the Greater Chicago area, Cassidy is a dedicated advocate for the next generation of leaders.
